Begin by slowing down and truly seeing what’s beneath the exhaustion. You’ll learn to spot early signs of burnout, listen to your body’s cues, and meet the parts that have been quietly holding everything together.

Week 2 – The Threshold Within

Meet the part of you that’s afraid to stop. This week is about softening the push to keep going, exploring resistance to rest, and creating space to pause without guilt.

Week 3 – Breaking the Burnout Loop

Uncover the cycle that keeps you stuck in overdoing. You’ll map your personal burnout loop, understand which parts are driving it, and begin rewriting your internal script with Self-led care.

Week 4 – The Sacred Pause

Relearn how to rest—not as a reward, but as a way of being. This week invites you to build rituals of calm, create nervous system safety, and support the parts that resist slowing down.
 Includes: grounding through imagery, Whispering Tree meditation, and micro-rest design


Week 5 – Integration: Your Anchor Plan

It’s time to bring everything together. You’ll create a sustainable rhythm of support, build an Inner Anchor Plan, and learn how to stay rooted in Self—even when life gets loud again.
