Week 1 – Slowing Down to Truly See

Learn how to shift from autopilot to presence. We’ll explore mindfulness tools to reconnect with your body, breath, and emotional cues—so you can enter friendships with awareness rather than habit.

Week 2 – The Inner Circle Within

Meet the internal parts that shape how you show up in relationships. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), you’ll begin to map your inner world, notice protective patterns, and reconnect with your compassionate Self.

Week 3 – Values as Compass

Clarify your core values and how they guide your friendships. This week is about learning what matters most to you, what you’re ready to outgrow, and how to set boundaries that reflect your integrity.

 Includes: values excavation, alignment check-in, and friendship clarity inventory


Week 4 – The Courage to Be Seen

Explore what it means to share your authentic self in relationships. You’ll learn how to practice earned vulnerability, name your relational masks, and speak from the heart with safety and self-trust.

 Includes: the Mask & Mirror worksheet, earned vulnerability practice, and parts-based emotional safety work


Week 5 – Circles That Nourish

Sustain intentional friendships by honoring the natural rhythms of connection. You’ll create your Friendship Vision Map, identify the support you need, and release what no longer fits your evolving Self.
